As early as 2015, every email sent in and out of Hillary Clinton’s illegal private email server was being intercepted by a state-owned Chinese company during her time as secretary of state, according to sources at the Daily Caller News Foundation (DCNF).
Each of her emails were received in real time “as part of an intelligence operation” by the Chinese government in which an implanted code in her server had forwarded an instantaneous “courtesy copy” of every email to the Chinese.
Rep. Louie Gohmert (TX-R) on July 18th questioned FBI counterintelligence official Peter Strzok about his comment in which he said that he “was concerned about a hostile foreign power” affecting our election. Louie noted that the Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG) had found that Hillary’s emails were being directed to a “foreign entity,” although which one was not specified, but he said it was unrelated to Russia.
Both Frank Rucker and Janette McMillan, two ICIG officials, had met with FBI officials to warn them of the intrusion. One of those officials was Peter Strzok, but Rucker and McMillan were met with no avail.
As one of the sources noted, the ICIG had “discovered the anomaly pretty early in 2015.”
“When [the ICIG] did a very deep dive, they found in the actual metadata — the data which is at the header and footer of all the emails — that a copy, a ‘courtesy copy,’ was being sent to a third party and that third party was a known Chinese public company that was involved in collecting intelligence for China.” – Former Intelligence Officer
The officer did not share the name of the company over fears for his own personal safety but did state that it was based in Washington DC’s northern Virginia suburbs. According to the Loudoun county government, 13 Chinese state-owned companies operate in that area.
Clinton spokesman Nick Merrill deflected the criticism by saying that this topic is “the most combed over subject in modern American political history.”
“This is the most combed over subject in modern American political history. The FBI spent thousands of hours investigating and found no evidence of intrusion. That’s a fact. But in an age where facts are alternative, and truth isn’t truth, it’s no surprise that an outlet like the Daily Caller would try to distract us from very real and very immediate threats to our democracy brought by the man occupying the White House.” – Nick Merrill
However, as noted by Charles McCullough in 2015, Clinton’s emails are known to contain classified information, posing a potentially serious national security threat to the American people now that the information is in the hands of China and possibly other foreign governments as well.
This is exactly the reason that high-level government officials are not supposed to be using their own private email servers, as important government information can easily leak out to foreign powers and enemies.
In fact, roughly 30,000 of her emails were destroyed and never given to the FBI while she was under investigation, meaning the FBI may not even know which information the Chinese government has.
Retired Col. And vice president of operations at the London Center for Policy Research Anthony Shaffer told the DCNF that Clinton’s server was known to be vulnerable to hacking prior to the revelation.
“Look, there’s evidence based on the complete lack of security hygiene on the server. Fourteen-year-old hackers from Canada could have probably hacked into her server and left very little trace. Any sophisticated organization is going to be able to essentially get in and then clean up their presence.” – Anthony Shaffer
